Glenda Cooper lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband Jim and a very active Old English sheepdog named Reilly.

She plays classic piano for fun, loves landscaping, gardening, the view from her home, and the rain.

She has penned short stories, poems, humorous lyrics, newspaper columns, a family recipe book, and her debut novel published in August , 2012, titled “The Road to Lost and Found.”

The inspiration for the Road to Lost and Found began as a trip through her own family history. While researching family genealogy as a project for her brother’s Christmas present, she stumbled across attic photos that brought clarity to her family’s past and she discovered an incredibly touching story.

The story line follows three families for three generations.  Descendants of those families cross paths in 1956 at a bar in Georgetown, south of Seattle. The meeting changes the direction of their lives.  The story is woven together by a woman who is searching for her past, but finds much more.
